Vincent M. Mugun is a Kenyan bishop, pastor, and educator who has dedicated his life to serving the Church. Since 2008, he has led the International Revival Campaigns Church, later expanding his role as the Bishop of International Revival Campaigns Ministries, based in Mt. Elgon. Driven by a passion for biblical truth, Vincent has pursued deep theological and leadership training, earning a PhD in Leadership and Management from Logos University. His work is characterized by a harmonious blend of scholarly study and practical pastoral care, believing that education must be used to uplift and teach others. Outside of his pastoral duties, Vincent is an instrumentalist and is active in connecting with fellow believers and is recognized in peace leadership initiatives.

As the Bishop of International Revival Campaigns Ministries and International Revival Campaigns Church in Kenya, Vincent has over 27 years of pastoral leadership experience, during which he has dedicated himself to studying, teaching, and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ while raising up leaders and equipping the saints for the work of ministry. Based in Kapsokwony, Mt. Elgon, Vincent leads revival campaigns, organizes equipping conferences, and provides pastoral oversight to multiple congregations, all while maintaining a deep commitment to seeing men transformed by the power of God's Word.
His academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a PhD in Leadership and Management with a focus on Philosophy and Religious Studies from Logos University, as well as a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the same institution, and Bachelor of art in Bible & Theology from International Christian Ministries Seminary – Kitale (ATS- Kitale) giving him a unique blend of theological depth and strategic management expertise that he applies directly to men's discipleship and leadership development.
