The King is the 3-day intensive Boot Camp, or 12-week King course, which develops the Warrior-Priest grad into a leader-maker for life. Welcome to The King: The PBL capstone on sovereign leadership
This is the final, master-level course in the Principle Based Leadership journey. It is designed for the leader who is ready to transition from effective management to eternal impact. This is where the principles you have embodied—from Courage and Integrity to Legacy and Diligence—are forged into a scepter of righteous authority.
You are being called to lead like the King you were born to be.
In this course, you will move beyond the "how" of leadership and answer the "why." You will learn that true sovereignty is not about power over people, but about the power to empower people.
In this sovereign capstone, you will:
1. Embody the kingly virtues.
Leadership begins and ends with character. We will delve into the ancient, timeless virtues of Fortitude, Prudence, Temperance, and Justice—the bedrock of every great civilization and the personal constitution of every great leader. You will learn to lead not from a handbook, but from a heart that has been shaped by these virtues, becoming a man whose very presence commands respect and inspires excellence.
2. Architect your legacy.
A manager focuses on quarterly results. A King focuses on generational impact. We will equip you with the tools to architect a leadership legacy that outlives you. This is where you master the art of succession, mentorship, and "leader-making," ensuring that the principles you stand for become the inheritance of those who follow. As the PBL manual states, the ultimate test of a leader is not what he accomplishes, but who he raises up.
3. Ascend to stage 6 leadership.
The PBL framework reveals a pathway of influence. Many leaders get stuck at the levels of permission or production. Your destiny is to ascend to Stage 6: Leading Like Jesus—the pinnacle of servant leadership. This is the leader who declares, "He must increase, and I must decrease," and finds his greatest glory in the success of those he serves. This is the leadership that changes the world.
4. Rule your realm with wisdom.
Your domain—your family, organization, and community—is your kingdom.
