Core300
Core 300 planted the seed of Principle Based Leadership Family in Kenya. They founded us, and from the very beginning they have stood with us as our parent organization and our only donor. Because of their faithful investment, men across Kenya are growing into principled husbands, fathers and leaders, and passing that leadership on to others.
A partnership of this length is built on trust, and we guard it carefully. We are committed to:
- Stewarding every gift faithfully, using each donation for its intended purpose and keeping accurate financial records.
- Reporting openly, with regular financial and narrative reports to Core 300, to our partners, and to our regulator, the Public Benefits Regulatory Authority (PBORA).
- Training with integrity, using Core 300’s training process, Training of Trainers (TTT) certification and leader-multiplication model with fidelity and quality.
- Respecting intellectual property, by using all materials and branding under proper licensing, with full acknowledgement of their owners.
- Multiplying impact, equipping men to lead their families, mentor other men, and strengthen their communities across Kenya.
- Protecting people and integrity, through safeguarding, confidentiality, and strict conflict-of-interest standards.
PBORA – Public Benefits Regulatory Authority
At Principle Based Leadership Family, integrity is not just something we teach. It is how we operate. As a Public Benefit Organization (PBO) in Kenya, we are proud to work under the oversight of the Public Benefits Regulatory Authority (PBORA), and we welcome that oversight as a way of earning your trust.
Our commitment to you:
- Full compliance with the PBO Act and all regulatory requirements set by PBORA.
- Timely reporting of our annual returns, audited financial statements, and other key organizational information.
- Transparent stewardship of every resource entrusted to us, so our partners, donors, and communities can see how their support creates impact.
- Strong governance, with clear systems, ethical leadership, and responsible decision-making at every level.
We are building a leadership movement across Africa that people can believe in, and we know that our credibility rests on openness and accountability. By holding ourselves to the highest regulatory and ethical standards, we protect the trust of our community and strengthen the case for principled leadership across the continent.
