Our executive team

We are a Bungoma-based NGO that empowers men through training and development. Our hands-on board oversees nationwide programs and holistic services, recently expanding into Uganda via Calvary Chapel partnerships.  Here is the team that helps turn vision into action:

Rev. Wycliffe Mudavadi

President and Executive Director

Drawing on 15 years of experience as a Kenyan government and private-sector architect, Wycliffe engineered a major organizational transformation, strategically leading our 2024 evolution from an association to an NGO. He and his wife, Juliet—a mentor to leaders' wives—model holistic leadership, raising their eight children in a home grounded in discipline and mentorship.
