The Leaders

We are a Bungoma-based NGO that empowers men through training and development. Our hands-on board oversees nationwide programs and holistic services, recently expanding into Uganda via Calvary Chapel partnerships.  Here is the team that helps turn vision into action:

Rev. Wycliffe Mudavadi

President and Executive Director

Wycliffe leverages 15 years as a Kenyan government architect and private designer to engineer organizational transformation.

A strategic architect of leadership systems, he catalyzed our 2024 evolution from association to NGO, blending structural precision with visionary governance.

Married to Juliet—who mentors leaders’ wives—they model holistic leadership, raising eight children in a home grounded in discipline and mentorship.
