Alex Achuti is the Core Founder of our organization, a distinguished counseling psychologist and transformational leader whose life's work is dedicated to turning the hearts of fathers to their children. With over 15 years of ministry experience, he combines advanced therapeutic expertise from his Higher Diploma in Counseling Psychology with a profound spiritual calling to restore men and families. As the pioneering force behind our Principle Based Leadership (PBL) methodology, he has directly impacted over 300 youth through Behavior Change Education and built the foundational vision that guides our community transformation efforts.

His leadership extends across our key initiatives, from designing and leading our specialized male engagement programs that "unleash the hidden gold in men" to coordinating therapeutic services and medical camps that address both physical and emotional needs. A dynamic communicator, Alex amplifies our mission through his media ministry on television and radio, reaching national audiences with messages of hope and restoration. His unique blend of psychological insight, theological depth, and practical community development makes him an invaluable architect of change, dedicated to building roaring warriors who lead their families and transform our communities.
