Reverend David Maili: Ministry Journey

David Maili is a Men's Development Expert specialist who has dedicated over 25 years of his life to pastoral ministry, leadership training, and community transformation across Kenya, making him a powerful catalyst for change in the lives of men, families, and communities. As the Senior Pastor of New Life Church in Eldoret, David has served faithfully since 2007, overseeing a local congregation while also working alongside five other pastors and supervising six congregations in his region, all of which have given him extensive hands-on experience in equipping, mentoring, and developing leaders who can carry forward the vision of godly leadership and community impact. 

His journey in ministry began in 1995 when he served as a senior pastor in the village of Cherengani, where he helped grow the church both numerically and in biblical grounding, and from there he served as Director of Youth Ministry for 60 local congregations in Trans-Nzoia County, where he planned seminars, workshops, outreach events, and games that brought many young people to the Lord and developed their talents and faith—experience that has given him a unique understanding of how to reach and mentor young men at critical stages of their development. 

David's commitment to raising leaders and equipping the saints is evident in his work with International Christian Ministries as a Bible Teacher from 2007 to 2010, as well as his teaching role at PAC University in Busia, Kenya, where he trains pastors and church leaders, ensuring that the next generation of ministers is grounded in sound doctrine and equipped for effective service. His heart for men's development is deeply rooted in his core belief that transformed men are the key to transformed families and communities, and he travels widely across Kenya to train leaders, equip believers, and stir young people to become what God has called them to serve in their generation, while also caring for vulnerable women and children who are impacted by the transformation of the men in their lives. David's educational foundation, including a Bachelor's degree in Bible and Theology from International Christian Ministries, has provided him with a solid theological framework that he applies to his teaching, preaching, and leadership training, ensuring that every principle he imparts is biblically grounded and practically applicable to the challenges men face in today's world. 

His approach to men's development is holistic, addressing not only spiritual growth but also practical aspects of life such as fatherhood engagement, economic support, marriage enrichment, and community leadership, and his decades of experience have given him deep insights into how to create environments where men can be transformed by the power of God's Word and empowered to become godly husbands, fathers, and leaders.
