Bishop Hudson Bande
With over three decades of dedicated ministry, Hudson Bande has faithfully served both within the church and the wider community.
Hudson’s journey is marked by commitment and a passion for equipping others. His years of experience reflect a deep sense of purpose and integrity, shaping his approach to leadership and spiritual guidance.
With over 30 years of ministry experience spanning pastoral leadership, church planting, and leadership training across Kenya, Hudson Bande is a dedicated Men's Development Expert and Principle Based Leadership specialist who is passionately committed to equipping men to become principled leaders who will transform their families, churches, and communities for the glory of God. As the Pastor of The King's Ambassadors for the past 25 years, Hudson has faithfully served in preaching, teaching, and counseling roles, investing his life in building up believers and developing leaders who can carry forward the vision of godly transformation in every sphere of society.
His extensive experience as a Senior Master Trainer with Dynamic Church Planting International from 2007 to 2014 gave him a unique platform to train church planters and establish new congregations across Kenya, equipping hundreds of men with the skills, vision, and biblical foundation needed to lead effectively and multiply healthy churches that reach their communities with the Gospel—experience that has made him a master at developing leaders who are grounded in principle and passionate about their calling. Before entering full-time ministry, Hudson served as Catering Manager at Moi University for six years, where he was in charge of all catering services for students, staff, and university guests, an administrative role that honed his leadership and management skills and gave him valuable insights into organizational development that he now applies to his pastoral and training ministry, enabling him to approach men's development with a practical, strategic mindset that addresses both spiritual and practical challenges.
His pastoral journey began in 1993 with the Pentecostal Assemblies of God, Kenya, where he served for eight years in preaching and teaching roles, laying a strong foundation for his lifelong commitment to biblical instruction and leadership development, and his educational background, including a Diploma in Institutional Management from The Kenya Polytechnic and training in Bible and Theology from The Kenya Polytechnic, Pentecostal Bible College, and Pan Africa Christian University, has equipped him with both administrative competence and theological depth that he brings to every training session, conference, and pastoral interaction. Hudson's heart for men's development is rooted in his conviction that transformed men are the key to transformed families and communities, and he works tirelessly to create environments where God can access and transform the values of men, empowering them to become godly husbands, fathers, and leaders who will positively impact their workplaces, churches, and nations.
His work with Dynamic Church Planting International not only involved training church planters but also developing leaders who could disciple other men, multiplying the impact of his ministry and ensuring that the principles of godly leadership would be passed down to future generations—a legacy of leadership multiplication that continues to bear fruit across Kenya today. With 363 professional connections and 388 followers, Hudson is actively building a network of pastors, leaders, and believers who share his passion for men's development and church planting, and his influence continues to grow as he trains, mentors, and equips leaders across the nation.
Hudson Bande is a man of integrity, experience, and unwavering commitment to the Gospel, and his expertise in Principle Based Leadership makes him an invaluable asset to any church, organization, or ministry seeking to develop principled men who will lead with courage, character, and conviction, transforming their spheres of influence for the Kingdom of God and bringing lasting change to their families and communities.
